We are Jochen and Anke Böttcher and we call Heidesheim, a small village in the middle of Germany, our home.
When we bought this house it was clear that we will get a dog. We bought Einstein, a Golden Retriever and we where infected by the lovely retrievers.

Three years later Anke found out the Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever in a magazine and she was very fascinated about these little red dogs and their characters. She collected all information about this breed and dreamed about her own Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever.
And so we were very happy to meet Sandra and Sascha Fock – the breeder from the Dreamworker Kennel. We visited them and after a few days we decided together to get a male from the first litter.

In january 2003 the little boy “A red Jasper-Jones the Dreamworker” entered in our life and we never want to miss him!!! Our life gets more facets and a lot of fun.
First the little red boy had to grow up and learned the rules. Einstein, our Golden Retriever helped us a lot. Today, they are friends.
Then Anke started to train him. In 2004 Jasper passed two hunting tests successfully.
Jasper is a very pleasing dog. In the house he is satisfied and calm and if we go outside he´s wide awake and shows a good will to please. But he is also very clever and we have to be very creative in his training.
Above all, he´s friendly to everyone and likes to accompany us wherever we go.
Finally, we enjoy our life with him. For us, he is THE BEST!
